Kysa Steele is an IT professional by day, and by night an author, TTRPG GM, cat servant, and wife (though the order depends on which cat is asking). She grew up devouring books and plotting to write her own. While newly minted as an indie author, she's been telling elaborate, occasionally cursed stories at the TTRPG table for years. Her cat-centric fiction spans dark fantasy, detective noir, portal adventures, and apocalyptic comedy—from cursed demon princesses to hardboiled detectives scattered across psychic cat networks to portal-hopping cats whose curiosity threatens entire dimensions. She lives in Texas with her husband and a cadre of furry overlords, including Nox the Demon Princess, who claimed dominion during the writing of Curse Meow Not.
