After finding out she is not who she was raised to believe she was, Saphielle Glyntris faces a fate she believes is doomed. The entitled and selfish elven girl must figure out a way to survive in a world completely different from her own.

Clumsily, she stumbles her way into the role of an orc’s bride. She fights hard to solidify her place at his side, to hopefully build a stable foundation for herself- but finds as the orcs attention wanders, so too does her own- to his sister, a much more fit ruler for this kingdom than Saphielle’s husband, and twice as gentle.
