Michael Jaymes is an author born and raised just outside of Scranton, PA. His love for writing developed at a young age when a close friend passed away. In response to this tragedy, Michael wrote his first poem, which later won an award in a state-wide fine arts competition.
The admiration he received sparked a passion for writing, and he's been refining his craft ever since.
Two of his recent releases are The Secret Fountain and Letters From Lily. Although the audiences for these books are very different, they both consist of his favorite genres: mystery and suspense. Other genres Michael often writes in are thriller, horror, and new adult fiction, but his work has been enjoyed by a variety of people and ages.
