Each Print Book has a List Price and a royalty rate.The royalty calculation is as follows:The Royalty Rate multiplied by the Print Book’s List Price, less Printing Costs.Printing costs vary depending on the book’s dimensions, page count, and other factors.Campfire does not yet support the publication of Print Books.
