Cassidy Hammersmith is a veteran of the online writing community "The SCP Foundation" and has since branched out into writing short fiction, magazine essays, and several beleaguered novel projects. She studied literature in passing in college but has none the less been writing seriously for over 20 years. She regularly assists newerr writers as they work on plot formation and Worldbuilding through her work as a staff writer for Worldbuilding Magazine and as a board member for the Worldbuilding Society. Her specialties are fantasy, speculative fiction, body horror, and sci-fi with moderate success at the odd comedy or dramatic piece. She has recently decided it's time to get serious about this whole thing and is working on a title for professional publication.
